Incorrect email info

I've had an email saying that I've been using a new plan for a week and asking how Im getting on. 

I haven't requested a new plan, can't access the app and can't log in online to check anything. How do I speak to somebody?

Please ignore that email.  

It appears to be an automatic one that has gone out in error and is currently being investigated internally.
