incorrect pac code!

Hi. I'm trying to transfer my number from virgin to iD through the iD app. I've received my PAC code from virgin and entered it but the app tells me it's an incorrect PAC code. I've confirmed with virgin that the code is correct.

I'm guessing this is a common problem.

Any help out there?
