International postcode not being accepted during sales process

Hello,

I am trying to order a sim but it won’t accept my previous address as it is not in the UK. It says the postcode is not valid.

Hi @nyamabs,

 

You need to have been registered at a UK address for 3 years to be eligible for our deals I’m afraid. This will be why it’s not accepting a none UK postcode.
