Hi - I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro on 21st November when it was showing as awaiting stock with a date of 2nd December for stock to be available. Got a mail the following day advising of the delay and my bank confirmed payment of £0.01 and the credit check was undertaken - but then nothing.
Is it possible to advise when stock is likely to be available and that the Black Friday deal that I purchased the phone under will be valid, despite the stock delay, please?
