When you miss a DD payment ID Mobile will attempt to take it again within a week of the original payment being returned unpaid. There is no stopping this and you shouldn’t make a manual payment unless you receive a text message instructing you to do so.
Obviously only ID staff have access to your account and payment history and so only they can help resolve your issue. Hopefully one will be along soon to sort things out for you.
