I received my upgraded phone yesterday and the seal on the box says *this product has been modified and re-sealed*. So is the phone new or refurbished?

We can confirm all the handsets we sell are brand new, however, the engineers at our warehouse do carry out a random spot check on the handset as a quality check. If you have any issues with your phone, feel free to message us.
