Is there a fair usage policy on sms?

At the moment the company i’m with has a phone that is linked to some software that sends texts out. Sometimes they can send a bulk sms of 300+ in one go. So the average usage of texts a day can be close on 1000 or more.

At the moment, its an O2 sim that even with it being unlimited, they always block the number after the fair usage policy is reached (not that they will tell us what this limit is - be it too many overall or too many at one time).

Does this or any other sim company have a sim that has no cap on it?

@h1cks12 Hi there, our T&C’s state that consumer tariffs cannot be used for commercial use.
