Question

Is this a scam? I didn't believe I needed a new sim to upgrade?

Hi @Laureee,

That is indeed an email from us, and not a scam. You don’t need to activate the new SIM if you don’t want, but we would advise keeping it somewhere safe if you decide not to, just in case it activates automatically later on down the line.

Thank you Will, this is great! Can I confirm that if I keep my current sim in my phone It will keep working? I just don't see the point changing my sim for another one if I don't need to? I just don't want my phone to suddenly stop working if you're expecting I will change the old sim for the new one?

Thank you,

Laura

Hi @Laureee

That is correct! You can carry on using your existing sim card as this will have been updated to the upgrade tariff.
