Does anyone know if this is a real iD email address?

While it might be a ‘real’ email address, the “no-reply” part indicates it’s only used for sending messages.

Anything sent to this email address won’t be read.

Hi @adri, I’m confident in saying this is us. It’s one of our addresses and the promotion is valid.

Also, the FAQs say the offer “applies to purchases of any iPhone, Android phone or SIM only plan at idmobile.co.uk. Purchase must be made between 16/06/2021 – 17/10/2022.” 

I think you’ve been misinformed by the Live Chat agent as you should be eligible. For further help, I’d recommend reading the FAQ page below.
