is this how you talk to paying customers?

i was on the live chat asking a question about something i saw online yes at the end of it i was wrong but the way they talked to me was so rude. like saying you must have misread your id app or online so saying im a lier and then saying you was notified in march so whats the problem. how can you talk to someone that is paying money it so rude. i will add screenshots to show what was said i hope no one has to deal with this as its not on.
