It is still saying I've upgraded despite returning phone and not activating S


We upgraded my daughter's phone and contract, and then realised the phone was the wrong choice for her. Returned the phone and destroyed the SIM as told to.

Now when I've gone on to look at more plans, it says I've recently changed plans…

Surely the return and not ever using the SIM cancelled that?

What do we do now?

I guess the iD Mobile back-end systems might not cater for this scenario.

You could try the iD telephone sales team - during normal office hours - on 020 7139 1397.

Otherwise, maybe an in-store sales team in a Currys or Carphone Warehouse can assist you.

It will take time for the return to be processed, and your account to be reverted back to whatever state it was at prior to the upgrade. When did you receive the phone, send it back and on what date did iD receive it? It's likely that you have to wait for your next bill date before the return is complete and your account to reflect this.
