I have the same issue
I’m experiencing the same problem. I paid on time when prompted just like I do every month. It’s been taken from my account but my account is still showing that there’s an outstanding payment, which there’s not. I’ve turned my phone on and off and still nothing. This has been since last Friday. Can someone please assist me. Thank you Annette
I am also having this problem. The payment was made on Saturday and is up to date but still can’t make calls etc. Please can someone message me to fix the issue please. Thanks

Please note, than when services are suspended for a non/late payment, and then paid during suspension, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume. Usually, once paid, it only takes a few hours for services to resume, but it can take up-to 24 hours.
Once paid, we’d always advise restarting the phone every few hours to see if your services have resumed, and if not resumed within 24 hours, please do get in touch with us via Facebook Messenger, Twitter, live-chat or here to re-activate your services if you’ve made the payment.
