How do I keep my old number please.

Have an ID sim.

Taken out a new contract with another ID sim.

How do I keep my old number, requested a pac but unsure what to do with it.

You cannot transfer an existing ID Mobile number to another ID Mobile account. You will have to return the new contract and upgrade your old ID Mobile account if you want to keep the number.

@WelshPaul  is correct. We cannot do this for you as internal number ports are not possible I’m afraid.
