Keeping old phone number

Hello!

I had a 2 year contract that ended in December, which means I can’t upgrade it. I bought a new ID mobile plan. How can I keep my old phone number? Thanks

Hello @LuminitaS,

You can’t transfer your number from an existing iD Mobile contact to another.

Do you mean your old 2 year contract has expired and you cancelled this fully?

 

Can you clarify which network the old contract is with?

If it’s with a different network we can guide you through the steps as this won’t be an issue.
