I have ordered a sim card on the 26th of June and it still hasn't arrived is this normal. Also there is no tracking info

Yes it’s normal.
26th was a Saturday and depending on what time our order was placed/actioned, it probably wouldn’t have been shipped until Monday 28th at the earliest. SIM cards are sent via royal mail and can take a few days to get to you. You will likely receive it tomorrow or the day after.
