I’ve been offered to upgrade my phone since my contract will be ending soon but when I go to upgrade, it says there is a problem. I don’t seem to be able to change my details to get my card to work so once my contract has ended, I want to leave iD altogether as I want a new phone contract. How do I go about leaving when my contract has ended without being charged extra?

There was also a problem with the app, which has now been resolved, therefore your upgrade options should now be viewable.
