Limited offer not worked

I switched my plan to the limited offer of 30GB for £10.00 per month and it said 30GB in the basket, but in the confirmation order emails it showed the plan was 12GB per month and now it has only given me 12GB on my account. Thanks

It showed up in the app and the website and it added to the basket with 30GB.
