I have lost my phone and need to order a replacement PIN, but I can’t remember my password to get into my account. I have spoken twice to your online chat agents, but they have had technical problems so haven’t been able to help, and have failed to provide any meaningful assistance. I have just called the automated telephone service, and managed to report the phone as lost. But I need a replacement SIM as soon as possible- with the same telephone number. How can I arrange this?
