I have lost my receipt and I need it to change my numbers around as it asks for the transaction number on the app. Where can I find it please?

I’m not sure what you are referring to , when you say you need to change your numbers around?

@Abdul s you do not need a transaction number to port over your old number to ID Mobile.

Register for your online ID Mobile account here:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

 

Once done, login and navigate here:

  • My services > Keep My Number

Now enter the PAC code you received from your old provider along with the number you want to keep and your number will be ported over.
