I have met my latest payment, but my phone is operating as if I’ve missed it. I am unable to use my data or make any calls. Even though the payment transaction has been taken from my account.

Unfortunately, sometimes it takes up to 24-hours for any payments to be shown on your iD account - and iD’s billing systems still ‘think’ your account is overdue, consequently restricting your mobile services.
To get the issue resolved quickly, I suggest using iD’s online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat to speak to an iD agent.
The agents work until 8pm weekdays - anyway, good luck.
