MISSED DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT

I have missed a direct debit payment, can my payment be carried over to next month please.  If not, can you send me a bank paying in slip.  I can pay the bill but not by direct debit on this occasion.

Does the payment automatically roll over or, will they block my phone, how long do they leave it before blocking?

Hi @Tmcconnell,

Unfortunately we can’t delay payments until the next month. Do you have access to our app? You can make a manual payment via that if you do? Alternatively, you can make a payment over the phone by calling 7777 from your iD phone or 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile. We don’t use bank payment slips; sorry!
