Missed payments on duplicated account now impacting credit file

I have recently signed up with Experian to check my credit file and there seems to be missed payments referring to an old account i settled on my credit file.

ANY ideas as to how i can remove these as i cant seem to contact iD on any phone number and ANY attempt to resolve this online just defaults to my current mobile account which is all up to date.

Hey @Snakei31, just to clarify something - did you miss any payments during your contract? If you missed payments but then paid the balance off a later date, then the missed payment marks would still be valid and would remain for up to 7 years. Only the default would be removed.

If you’re saying you never missed any payments at all, just let us know here and we’ll look into this for you.
