Hi I was made redundant at the beginning of the year so I couldn't afford to pay my bills and obviously had to put my priority bills before my non priority bills.

I'm now receiving universal credit and am also with a charity called stepchange and they have advised me to contact you to see if you may be able to help me keep my sim deal and honour a good will gesture with reducing the amount I owe if possible cheers Louise.

Hi @Louleeree,

I’m sorry to hear this. Have you taken a look at the iD Mobile app to see if you can change your plan to something that suits you better?

Kash

It's been totally cancelled due to non payments adding up to about £40? I can't afford to pay £40 so I was asking if you could reduce the amount I owe and I can carry on my contract with I'd?

Hi @Louleeree,

Unfortunately we can’t reduce the amount that needs to be paid or reconnect the account if it’s non payment.

Non-payment can result in this being sent to a debt collection agency who can assist with a payment plan.
