Hi i was given unlimited data for working for the NHS, but it say’s i have used all my limit and i will be charged £10, am i on unlimited or not?

If you’ve processed it correctly, it should be unlimited. What exactly does the message you received say? how long ago did you process the tariff change to unlimited data?

Hi it states I will be charged £10.24 if I continue to use the data. I work for the NHS and I registered my work email with you months ago as you was offering NHS workers unlimited data until October. Obviously not the case if your now trying to charge me.

Hi there @mbushell14 

If it states in your iD Mobile App that you have the unlimited data, then you can ignore any such text you’ve received about charges.  As that would be referring to what your base plan was, and won’t be taking into account the bonus plan you’re currently on.
