Data was working for 18months then suddenly stopped working 

tried so far

Reset

forget network connection and reconnect

Hi @lindamckevitt, have you tried resetting the network settings entirely? ON your phone, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will cause your phone to forget all Wi-Fi networks too, so these will need to be set up again.

if that doesn’t work, please ensure the APN settings (guide here) are as follows:

 

Name: iD

APN: id

Username: <leave blank>

Password: <leave blank>

MMSC: http://mms.um.idmobile.co.uk:10021/mmsc

MMS Proxy: mms.idmobile.co.uk

MMS APN Username: <leave blank>

MMS APN Password: <leave blank>

MMS Port: 8799
