At the time that I transferred to iD Mobile I got my wife a SIM car and set up the direct debit for it. She has decided to stay with her current provider. She has not used the SIM card and has not registered and does not intend using it but already iD has taken £5 from our account. How do we cancel and get a refund?
Hi there @Effdublya ,
The SIM card your Wife purchased will be active from the point of sale, this is to ensure customers can use the service right away.
Regardless of if your Wife used the SIM or not, she would still be charged. She will need to get in touch with us to disconnect the account; can you ask her to drop our Social Media Team a message over on Facebook or Twitter? They can look into this for her and today.
Thanks,
Chloé.

We don't do Facebook or twitter. Is there any other way please?

Hi @Effdublya
If you get in contact with us, we can assist you from there.
We will need to speak to the account holder so if this is your Wife, she will need to call.
Thanks,
Chloé.
