My account is showing zero minutes and zero texts left for this month, never happened before clicked on check usage page showed nothings don't know my usage todate. Can anyone help chat line hopeless you just go in a loop.

We've made it really easy for you to keep a track of your data usage. Just log into the iD App or the iD Account area and you'll be able to see exactly what you've used. You can also monitor your usage by calling 7777, where you'll be able to listen to your available allowances through the automated service.
If you still have any issues please let us know and we will get this looked into further.
