My Mother died on the 11/02/21 and my Father has been trying unsuccessfully to contact ID Phones to let them know. On the 6th of April he received a letter to say the case would be handed over to a debt collection agency.
He was given various phone numbers to contact you, and tried the online chat service which was useless.
He returned the debt collection letter dated 31/03/21 which arrived on the 6/04/21 along with an explanation of the above. I am writing this to you as he is 80 and having trouble navigating your support systems, although it seems 30 year olds are also, so it’s not a surprise!
I’d be grateful if you can advise how he avoids the threatened debt collectors and threat of damage to his credit rating as stated in your letter as payment was from a joint account.
