Moving from 3 Contract to iD SIM only on 3 Network.

My wife's 3 Contract has ended. If she moves to an iD SIM only deal, which I understand uses the 3 network, will she still need a PAC number to keep her number.

Yes you will still need to request a PAC code from 3 as they still are considered separate networks.
