Yesterday I have provided my PAC, surname, transaction ID, old number (to transfer) and temp ID mobile number to port my number. I have a screen shot of what I supplied. I am told that there was a problem with one of these and to contact you – I have checked several times are they are correct.
I have contacted Three and they tell me that iD has used the PAC and the number is now moved from Three to ID.
I must have my new number transferred today. Please can you help.
