Data rollover not carried over after changing tariff

Where can I find the details of the plan I recently upgraded to please as no rollover has been applied this month .

Hi @Georgeandnancy,

 

When you change your tariff or upgrade your plan, you lose the accrued rollover. It starts again after the first 30 days of your new plan.
