I've recently bought another bundle and it says on my account its working but I csnt make calls or send texts or use data it says I don't have any calling credit to make calls or texts and when I try to top up credit it won't go through any help?

Could you please log into the iD App or the iD Account area and you'll be able to see exactly what you've used. You can also monitor your usage by calling 7777, where you'll be able to listen to your available allowances through the automated service.
Let us know what it shows and we will investigate further via PM once you get back to us here.
