Question

My data is showing as 0... why?

Please can anyone help? I had to get an add for my Data as I had a message to tell me I had used all of my data. I didn't think this could be true but paid for it because I thought I needed it but my data is still showing as 0.

Hi @Sandy21,

We’re sorry to hear about this, can you attach a screenshot so we can see what you are seeing too? You can check your phone settings to see which apps have used your data in the meantime.

Hi Ryan,

 

Please see attached screen shots.  I have checked the apps which use data and there doesn't seem to be anything which is using excessive amounts.  I have also been turning off mobile data when I don't need it.

 

I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me.
