My old number has yet to transfer after several weeks

I have contacted you numerous times like this but still no action? My old number, despite numerous instructions still has not ported to my new phone? You suggested re-booting the phone; re-setting network settings - that I have done BUT STILL NOT PORTED? GETTING VERY FRUSTRATED AND CONCERNED THAT iD MOBILE IS ACTIVE?
