My PAC Code is invalid according to my new supplier

My new provider says my PAC Code is invalid. I was given the PAC Code from my online account but also requested it by texting PAC and my 6-figure birth date (both gave the same code). It shows as still being in force on my account. How can get a new one? Thanks.
