hello 

My phone is stolen.

I cannot contact anyone on live chat ID Mobile
I need a backup SIM card but the phone number wants to stay the same.

Looking back over the last 2 hours trying to report my phone stolen via on line and by telephone it is disgusting going round in circles and getting nowhere it was that bad I have cancelled the direct debit

Will I am un tue same situation lost phone last night.  Cant login to app as firgotten password. I called today and.managed to cancel.SUM but not order a new one. Appreciate any help
