My S9+ won't turn on?

my S9+ wont turn on after charging. It reached about 68% charge, then went dead! I've had it since May 2018. Can this be fixed?

Hi @ste63 , that's not good to hear.
If your device is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
If this doesn't help you can take your phone into a Carphone Warehouse store to be sent to the assessment centre. Work to fix this would normally be covered by the warranty if the phone has not been damaged.
