Hi I had a phone number cancelled it as thought it was pay as you go as was for my mum who passed away last year just had a letter saying I’ve got to pay it which I have but need to speak to someone as it hasn’t been used and am paying for it for nothing and was sure I’d pay as you go how do I contact someone to talk about this I pay for my contract and 2 boys still but don’t need this one which I’m sure was not a contract please I need help

If the account is in your name, then you can simply request a disconnection by contacting the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat teams. If the account was in your mum’s name, you’ll also need to provide a copy of the death certificate.

You can’t speak to iD Mobile on the phone, unless you’ve made a complaint.
Use their Live Chat service to contact an iD customer service agent between 9am - 8pm weekdays.
After connecting on live chat, type “talk to a person” to privately chat with an iD agent - good luck!
