need my handset unblocking

I list my phone this .orning, i had recentky upgraded. I have blocked my phone so no one can use it. I have my old handset but have no sim. Been trying all day to get in touch with someone and got nowhere. I need a phone as a matter of urgency for work. Help needed please

You can unblock mobile.

I have put a new sim on my old handset and its activated but my phone is blocked thst i list so need it unblocking to use the new sim on spare phone. Says to call them to unblock it but no one is answering.

Hi @Mand morrissey,

Which network is the replacement phone locked to? You would need to contact them to unlock it for you in order to use our SIM card inside of it.

Also just to confirm, you now have a new SIM card for your plan?
