need to unlock my new sim

I have somehow managed to lock my ID sim and it requires a PUK code from my network provider(ID mobile) iThe message is please call your network provider to obtain PUK code,  but now both phones are out of use! Please send PUK code to me ASAP as this is now 5 days ago!

Okay @Bernie2304,

The only way get a PUK code to unlock your phones, is to get in-touch with an agent in the customer services team using iD’s online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The chat team are available 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).
