I am currently waiting for my new ID SIM card to be changed over to my old 3 mobile number. I have submitted the application on the bank holiday Monday 3rd may, its currently the 5th may (the day I’m expecting the confirmation text) but my old SIM card is saying “no service” I was wondering if I would receive a confirmation email, so I can start using my new sim. Thank you

When the old sim has usually lost signal, this would mean the port is more or less complete. Have you tried using the iD sim to see if your number has been ported over?
