So I placed an order for a new contract phone, completed the order than figured all was golden.
10mins later my bank text me to confirm I made the payment, I text back saying yes and they text me saying I need to try to make the payment again in 10 mins. How can I do this with no means of talking to an ID agent? I reached out on twitter too in the hopes I may get a reply from the twitter staff. Any other ideas or suggestions about how I can make the payment for the upfront cost?
