I’ve had a new plan for over a week now but my new phone has not arrived. What should I do?

The phone is delivered by DPD, do you have an order reference number? If so, you can track it by just following this link

No I don’t have a DPD card or reference number so I’m assuming it hasn’t been despatched. How do I solve this?

Hello. As you’ve helped me before could you help me again please. I need a PUK code as daughter has locked herself out of phone\ sim. Thank you
