I’ve just received my new iPhone from carphone warehouse, and iD is my new network.
I am still using my old phone which is still using my O2 Sim/number.
I haven’t got an iD number/or sim card?
How can I set up my new phone but keep the same number? I understand that my O2 sim can’t be used in my new phone.
Im really confused! please help!

Hi
What you need to do is request a PAC code from o2. Once you have this and provide it to us, your contract with o2 will end, and the number from that contract will transfer over to us here at iD within 72 hours.
