new plan, cancel my old add-on

I've just upgraded my plan, but my existing add-on remains active.

Given I have a new plan, I no longer require my add-on.

What can be done about this?

Add-ons can not be removed once bought. Is it a recurring add-on that you have?


Its a 12 month 10gb add-on. I do not require it since I upgraded. It is crazy if it cannot be cancelled. How do I escalate this issue please Mohsin?
