Ordering a new sim card

Hi 

I have tried to buy two sim card since 11 am through your web side, every time £.01 deducted from my  bank account (repeated for 5 time ) after you deducted the amount I received message mention that there is problem , if there is problem why you deducted the money.

Hi @mamoonkoo,

The £0.01 is an authentication payment request that is released straight away back to your bank. The issue can sometimes be caused if the billing address that you give to us does not match the address that your bank has down for you. Did both addresses exactly match?
