I need a new sim for a new handset but it appears that CPW and ID have furloughed 90% of their workforce.

Everyone still paying their mobile bill why should staff shortages be so severe ?

Why are the full workforce not homeworking ?

Instead you seem to be operating on a skeleton crew whilst still having full business.
