New smaller Nano Sim needed

I am using an iphone 4 but have been given an iPhone 5c and I’d like to swap phones. However, the new phone requires a smaller nano sim card. I’ve seen a previous message where someone suggests cutting the current sim card to make it smaller. However, I’ve also read (on another site) that this won’t work as the old sim is too thick (as well as too wide). I don’t want to start cutting up my sim and make it unusable on my old phone as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @westpier,

We can surely send a new SIM out if required.

Just to confirm though, this is what our 3-in-1 SIMs are like.

No cutting is required, just popping out the smaller size and then using that.

You can always pop it back into the frame.

If however, you don’t have one of our new 3-in-1 SIM cards, then let us know here and we’ll get a new one sent out.

Hi Mohammed,

Yes you’re right, my sim is a 3-in-1, my poor eyesight didn’t spot that! The graphic really helped. It works fine in my new phone. Thanks for your help.
