I’m struggling to get any kind of response from ID Mobile. I hold the Power of Attorney for my mother who had an ID Mobile account and have been trying for months to cancel the account. I was asked to send the PoA documents to documents@idmobile.com which i did on August 18th, requesting to cancel the account, and again this week. I’ve had no response and we’re still getting invoices. There’s never anyone on the chat line apart from bots and it’s becoming a nightmare.
