I’ve had no signal for the last two days. I’m in Pembridge, Herefordshire. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turned mobile data on and off and manually selected the network but still nothing. Is something happening with the mast? How can I get help? Don’t really want to be paying when I have to rely on WiFi.

Yes, actually they are fixing a mast in my area so that explains it. Hopefully it’ll improve soon.
